I was not home to accept my express delivery, will they redeliver the order?

  • If the delivery couriers missed you while you were away, they will try to get in contact with you via your phone number and/or e-mail that you provided to us during checkout. So, please double-check your contact information when placing the order.
  • We strongly recommend you contact us as soon as possible. If they are unable to get in contact with you after a certain number of days, your package will be returned (RTO) back to us.
