If your order has not been shipped out, we will do our best to cancel it and process a full refund for you. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number ASAP. Note that personalized bottles cannot be canceled if they are already printed.
If your order has already been shipped out, unfortunately, we won't be able to make any modifications. Please do not accept the order when the courier company is trying to deliver and contact us with the reason for your return in your email. Once we receive your return request, one of our representatives will process the refund in case the order is prepaid.
Any shipping fees incurred from this process will not be covered by us.
