My order status is delivered but I have not received the order?

  • If there are any issues with your delivery, we recommend you contact us with your order number to find out whether the package was indeed delivered, as the courier will make several re-delivery attempts upon a failed delivery.
  • If the tracking is showing the package is delivered, then there is a high probability that the order was delivered to your house and someone else has collected it on your behalf. We request you to cross-check before reaching out to us.
  • Once the request is raised, we will ask the courier company to share the POD (Proof Of Delivery) that will have the details of the person who has collected the parcel on your behalf.
  • Please note we will need 4 to 5 days to get the POD from the courier partner.
  • If the package was delivered and signed by someone that you are unfamiliar with, please contact us, and our support agents will help you with this!
