My Unbottle bottle is making a rattling noise. Is that weird?

It’s not common, but it does happen sometimes. A small disc between the insulation walls may have come undone. We are happy to exchange that for you, as we understand that noisy bottles can be a bit of a nuisance. Please note that exchange and refund will follow our warranty terms closely, and we cannot exchange the product due to damage caused by improper use.
